Very simple. I would like to share something that always happen to me when i am overworked. Yes, during finals is key. This spring semester, I had the privilege of spending my last month of the academic semester to do part-time work, while handling six classes. Yes my grades was slowly going down as finals approach. You can imagine I bite a little more than i can chew for sure. So what happen? Well I started sleeping really really late, like past 3am because of overwork and stress. I choose to browse the web and read a bunch of news to not fall asleep. I sacrifice sleep for my quick alone time. More in detail, I sacrificed my physiological need and prioritize my safety need for having enough resources to satisfy my lack of confidence.
